INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lime
1-2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for cooking)
1-2 tbsp Gochujang
1-2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
STEPS:
Slice your chicken breasts in half, pound them out to your desired thickness, and stab them (gently) with a fork all over to help the marinade penetrate the chicken
Dump your chicken in a bowl and add in the lime juice, olive oil, Gochujang, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and any other seasonings you like
Mix thoroughly and cover with plastic wrap to marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours up to over night - the longer the better
Heat up some olive oil over medium heat and fry the chicken (and any leftover marinade in your bowl) for about 4 minutes per side, or until it reaches just under 165 degrees F internally
Rest for a few minutes, slice and enjoy!
